The group crests a hill overlooking a jagged ravine. On the other side, small buildings can be seen past short trees. Lae gestures towards them.
Lae: SO THAT'S NAWENJA.
Moani: I REALLY SHOULD REASSURE MY PILGRIM GUIDE OF MY SAFETY.
Tamal: YOU CAN SEND WORD LATER. KAGA IS SKIPPING THIS TOWN.
Tamal starts walking down the hill, away from the town.
Silas (thinking): NERVOUS ABOUT SPIES MAYBE?
Lae: WAIT A MINUTE! LADY MOANI'S GUIDE IS PROBABLY REALLY WORRIED.
She goes after Tamal and stands in his way.
Tamal: MAYBE THEY'LL LEARN PATIENCE.
Behind the arguing pair, Moani looks shyly to the prince.
Moani: WHAT DO YOU THINK, PRINCE KAGAGI?
Kaga: OH, THOSE TWO FIGHT ALL THE TIME. NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT.
He continues on without a care in the world. Moani falls back a step, a little confused.
Moani: AH- ALRIGHT...

Hooray, it's a page!

Just a heads up, I'll be clocking a lot of hours at my part-time job this month since they are having a monstrous sale. So I think the next page will be ready in two weeks. That's a horribly long time from now so I'd like to remind everyone that I announce new pages on RSS (a personal fav of mine), Twitter, G+, and Facebook. Hopefully you can save yourself the effort of remembering specifically when new pages come out by following me on one or more of those.

In other news, I have been watching the devoted gamers over on Indie Games for Good since Friday afternoon. They're raising money for the Child's Play charity with their marathon game playing while promoting all sorts of independent games. It's awesome seeing all these great titles that I would've completely missed out on and they're basically writing my Christmas wish list for me. XD So far they've raised enough money to play until Monday afternoon. Might end up going longer though, the donations keep pouring in. Poke your head in and cheer them on!

I get the feeling she is worried anyway. ;)

I also love how Tamal says "Kaga" is skipping the town, rather than just "we're." Like he's determining what Kaga is going to do.

Probably exactly like. It's a good reminder of his characterization.

Yep! I'm glad that dynamic between Tamal and Kaga is reading clearly. Interesting changes are coming to it. XD

Also, Moani is totally up to something in that last panel. XD I still like her anyway!

Moani is mainly confused in the last panel. Or at least, that was how I tried to draw her. Kaga has that effect on people.

Go Lae! She totally has a point. Tamal needs to learn to be more sensitive to people! Moani's guide is probably distraught at losing her. :'(

Also it looks like the star is on Moani's shirt in the last panel and it looks really cool. I know that wasn't intentional but she looks awesome with it if you ever draw her in more voting incentives.

I think I'm getting faster at that grass... sort of of... I keep doing it because it livens things up.

And thanks for the job congrats. In this economy I'm very grateful for any work, but I think I especially lucked out because the folks at my job are all super nice.

Hooray! I'm glad SSG finally worked its way to the top of your to-read list. I've got an enormous list like that too... >>

And uhm, sorry if this disappoints but my schedule's all erratic and the next comic will be two Mondays from now. But please come back then!

Oh I'm okay with waiting. Besides, I've got like forty+ other comics to help fill that gap. Of course, I've sill got like twenty+ other comics that I still got to catch up on because the last time I read any of those was late July and then there are the like fifteen other comics on my "to read" list that I've not gotten around to yet. It doesn't help that my main computer tends to crap out on me when I'm trying to do stuff, but that's life.(and I will f'ing DESTROY this computer once it has out lived its usefulness!)
